MetaboMind is a clinician-friendly digital companion designed to help mental health services address the “whole-patient” burden of cardiometabolic risk by pairing metabolic health tracking (weight/waist, BP, glycemic markers, lipids, sleep, activity, nutrition patterns) with standard mental health symptom check-ins and tailored, guideline-concordant lifestyle prompts.

By making the bidirectional links between metabolic status, inflammation, and brain function visible over time—and translating those data into practical, incremental goals—MetaboMind supports care teams and patients in aiming for metabolic health not only to protect the body, but also to support cognitive and emotional resilience

Poorer metabolic profiles are associated with higher anxiety/depressive symptom burden in some populations, and that nutrition-pattern interventions such as intermittent fasting are under active study for potential neuroinflammatory and neurotrophic effects).
